License agreement.

This License Agreement is entered into between Typevera, represented by José Salgueiro (hello@typevera.com), and you, the user ("Licensee").

1.1 Personal License

• Create unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Build and develop mobile applications as an individual

1.2 Team License

• Create unlimited projects as a team
• Share the code with up to 5 team members
• Team licenses are limited to the number of developers purchased
• Available on request — contact hello@typevera.com for pricing

Licensee shall not:

• Resell or redistribute Typevera as a standalone product
• Share your license with developers outside your team
• Publish the Typevera source code publicly
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

Typevera retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights to the Licensee.

TYPEVERA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYPEVERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
