By purchasing or using Typevera, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

These terms apply to Typevera Mobile and any future Typevera products (Typevera Web, Typevera Backend, Typevera Bundle).

When you purchase Typevera, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the codebase for your own projects.

You may:

• Use Typevera as the foundation for unlimited personal projects
• Use Typevera as the foundation for client projects
• Modify the code freely for your own use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Typevera codebase or any substantial portion of it
• Create a competing starter kit based on Typevera and sell it
• Share your license or repository access with others who have not purchased
• Publish the Typevera source code publicly (e.g. on GitHub)

Typevera is sold via Lemon Squeezy. Payment is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy — Typevera does not store your payment information.

Upon successful payment you receive instant access to the repository. Delivery is digital and immediate.

Due to the digital nature of the product — full source code is delivered upon purchase — all sales are final and no refunds are offered.

Before purchasing, you are encouraged to watch the full walkthrough video and review all documentation to ensure Typevera meets your needs.

If you experience a technical issue or the product does not work as described, contact us at typevera.com/contact and we will resolve it personally.

Typevera purchases include lifetime updates to the kit. Updates are delivered via the same repository access provided at purchase.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via the contact page and @salgueirodev on X. Response times are not guaranteed but all messages are read.

Typevera is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for evaluating the product before purchase and for testing it in your own environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typevera and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Typevera.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Typevera, its name, logo, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of José Salgueiro. Your license to use the code does not transfer any ownership of the Typevera brand or intellectual property.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
